ZMM Zlatograd JSC is a Bulgarian company specializing in the design and manufacture of technological equipment, machine tool fittings, and general engineering products. Established in 1981 in Zlatograd as part of the Institute of Technological Design and Equipment in Plovdiv, the company became an autonomous enterprise in 1983 and transitioned to full private ownership in 2001. In 2025 the company was acquired by TED Capital.

• Design and production of tooling and metal-cutting machine components

Facilities & Capabilities
ZMM Zlatograd operates three specialized industrial units:
1. Preparation & Handling Unit
2. Mechanical Unit – equipped with universal and CNC machines, capable of processing parts up to 1000×1000×700 mm
3. Sheet Metal Processing Unit – producing curved endless profiles with proprietary know-how
In 1983, the company acquired a license from HENNIG-Germany for the production of cable leading chains, making ZMM Zlatograd the exclusive manufacturer of these components in Bulgaria.
